Well, joined this damned thing for the Radiohead contest, so....Radiohead...DJ Shadow, U2, Nirvana, old jazz, old hip-hop...Currently all that new noisy Euro-electronica (Modeselektor, Justice).

Blade Runner, Fight Club, Seven Samurai, Rashomon, Trainspotting, Akira, Milo and Otis, hundreds more, etc.

The Wire, Frisky Dingo, Lost, Monty Python's Flying Circus (though retired), Monk...

Lots of books...Vonnegut is pretty good all around...
